This New Wine conference will address various challenging and potentially divisive topics in our world today, including gun violence and COVID masks, as well as other political, cultural and religious divisions. We will consider how to resolve conflict and cultivate unity while accounting for complexity, pain, and diverse perspectives. The hope is that we will deepen our understanding of how integral peacemaking is to our discipleship as followers of Jesus, the impact a disposition of peacebuilding can have in our various relationships and society, and how to go about practical steps we all can take to be peacemakers.
