New Wine Forum "Equipping Christians to Engage Faith in a Secular and Scientific Age" at New Hope Church Wednesday May 4th from 7:00-8:30 pm.

New Wine, New Wineskins is hosting a series of forums at local churches in the Greater Portland area in the weeks and months ahead in our endeavor to foster a constructive dialogue on faith and science. This pursuit is bound up with Multnomah Biblical Seminary's grant from the American Association for the Advancement of Science that is being overseen by New Wine.  In addition to these forums, head over and watch the plenary sessions of our recent conference "Church and Science: Partners for the Common Good" that happened April 16th and 23rd) at Multnomah University.

This week, New Wine is partnering with New Hope Church for the forum on "Equipping Christians to Engage Faith in a Secular and Scientific Age."  Dr. Paul Louis Metzger will be moderating a panel that includes John Rosensteel (Senior Pastor, New Hope Church), Dr. David Wilson (Pastor at Mt. Scott Church of God), Dr. Tony Kriz (author of AloofNeighbors and Wise Men, and Welcome to the Table) and Dr. Robert Potter (Chair of the Bio-Ethics Study Group and Assistant Director of the OHSU Center for Ethics in Health Care).

This is such an important topic and we truly hope to see you all there!

New Hope Church is located 11731 SE Stevens Rd. Happy Valley, OR 97086
