Dr. Brad Harper is Professor of Theology at Multnomah University in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Harper also serves as Book Review Editor for Cultural Encounters: A Journal for the Theology of Culture and is a member of the Editorial Board. He earned the B.A. from Biola University, the M.Div. from Talbot School of Theology, and the Ph.D. from Saint Louis University.
